Core responsibilities:

Fulfilment of client implementation action items Client account onboarding Ongoing account management for onboarded clients to ensure customer success Outbound prospect calling and appointment scheduling

What we are looking for: - Minimum of 3 years experience in customer onboarding and/or account management - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous experience working with a Sales CRM - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and ensuring customer success

Core Responsibilities: - Timely and accurate fulfillment of client implementation action items - Efficient and effective client account onboarding - Ongoing management of onboarded clients to ensure their success and satisfaction - Proactively make outbound prospect calls and schedule appointments - Attention to detail to ensure no data is missed in the onboarding and account management processes
