Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about products, services, and support related to the German car industry.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in customer service or automotive sales is a plus.
