Your missions

Reporting to a Senior Manager of Client Success, this is a client-facing role within the Client Success team, which delivers on all aspects of commercial programs (email, media, custom solutions, content marketing and custom video.) The Client Success Manager will take ownership of specific accounts and oversee all delivery tasks across a number of sold programs.

What you'll do...

You’ll need to be an excellent communicator as you’ll be working across multiple departments in the global business, ensuring all aspects of each project are successfully delivered. We’re a high-performance team looking for someone who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

● Execute cross-platform custom marketing programs rooted in digital, social, media and experiential that elevate integrated marketing and advertising sales initiatives

● Execute on deliverables, including the editorial, email, ad delivery, trade marketing, audience development and business intelligence.

● Prepare reports for our teams and external clients regarding status and success of projects in collaboration with multiple teams

● Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting and escalating to senior management

● Monitor campaign performance and make strategic recommendations

Job Requirements

● Be familiar with Future B2B brands and immersed in Internet culture

● Three or more years experience working for an agency (media,

digital or creative) or media company in a client facing role

● Experience with paid social media campaigns and content creation teams

● Digital-knowledgeable, with understanding of virtual networking tools,

G-suite and and Microsoft products

Please note, the salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000
