Hey there superstar, let's break down what you'll be doing in this role! Get ready to hustle and have some fun: 

  • You gotta make 60 dials per day and/or spend 3 hours on the phone. That's right, we want you to get those vocal cords warmed up and talk to as many people as you can! 
  • You're the master of presentations! Schedule 2 new presentations per day, which adds up to a total of 10 per week. Let's show them what you're made of! 
  • Boom! You nailed it! Complete 2 presentations per day and show your clients why you're the best in the business. 
  • You're a closer, baby! Close 12 contracts per month with a close rate of 30%. That's a piece of cake for someone like you! 
  • Maintain an average order value (AOV) of $3000+ because you're not just a salesperson, you're a money-making machine! 
  • Stay connected with the team! Attend weekly team meetings via MS Teams and show us that team spirit! 
  • Meet with your Sales Leader in regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings. We want to hear your ideas and help you grow! 
  • We're all about growth and development! Participate in regularly scheduled product and sales training sessions and become the ultimate sales ninja!
