(Junior) Manager, New Business & Partnerships (All Gender)
As the (Junior) Manager, New Business & Partnerships you will oversee the daily sales and new business initiatives for both endemic and non-endemic brands, focusing on a dedicated product and service portfolio for one of our key rightsholders. Currently, this includes national gaming and esports leagues, events in the DACH region and agency services such as marketing strategies, social media & community management, event & streaming production and more â on a national, regional, or global scale.Â
You will lead outreach with potential clients to build relationships and gain a deep understanding of their goals, planning process, creative ambition, and core equities.
In this position you will be supported by a Senior Manager, New Business & Partnerships as well as the Managing Director to develop your own sales skills, network and that your resources are being used in the most efficient way.Â

YOUR MISSIONÂ
- Your main task: Approaching (pro-actively) new potential clients to present them either proposals - adjusted to client brand - or creative concepts and activation ideas
- Development of briefings, that provide guidance and direction for our creative team
- Furthermore, you will support and implement an in-depth sales strategy covering sales targets and revenue goals per client in line with the company goals and in close alignment with our Rightsholder ManagementÂ
- Review and update the sales pipeline and forecast tools (CRM, Salesforce and/or Hubspot).Â
- Support in developing strong relationships with key accounts, maintain relationships throughout the sales cycle and beyond and identify up-sell opportunities.Â
- Support complex contract negotiations supported by our Legal teamÂ
- Prepare client kickoff meetings and presentations based on client needsÂ
- Travel to assist with the running of presentations, coordinate/select team members for client meeting participationÂ
