Job description

Everbridge, a fast-growing global leader in SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is looking for a motivated, German-speaking Senior Account Executive to join our team. This remote, home-based role allows you to work from anywhere in Germany, with a focus on driving growth across the DACH market.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Everbridge’s Critical Event Management (CEM) platform by targeting new business opportunities across the DACH region. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing deals with net new customers. If you thrive on building relationships with decision-makers, closing complex deals, and delivering impactful solutions, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge and opportunity.

What you'll do:
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities in the DACH region.
  • Effectively sell to multiple stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Use a consultative, solution-selling approach to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams on strategic campaigns.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and accurately manage your pipeline using Salesforce.

  • What you'll bring:
  • 8+ years of successful SaaS/hosted software sales experience, with a focus on selling to large commercial accounts.
  • Experience selling solutions related to Major Incident Management, Cyber Security, DevOps, or Customer Support Operations.
  • Proven track record as a “hunter” with measurable success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling and solution mapping skills; experience with MEDDIC, SPIN, Sandler, or other sales methodologies is a plus.
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage and forecast your pipeline.
