Key Responsibilities:
• Handle international customer service calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Follow company guidelines to deliver exceptional service.
Required Skills:
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate over the phone.
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Convincing Power: Ability to persuade and handle objections smoothly.
• Politeness: Maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor with all customers.
• Professionalism: Demonstrate a professional attitude in all interactions.
Requirements:
• Equipment: Must have a laptop or desktop with a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps.
• Headset: Must have a USB headset.
• Environment: Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from interruptions.
• Availability: Must be able to work night shifts and commit to a full-time schedule.
• Education: Prefer candidates who are not currently enrolled in college to ensure full dedication.
