Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking gamers, assisting with inquiries related to games, accounts, and technical support.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly resolving issues and providing insightful guidance.
  • Collaborate with the gaming team to stay updated on the latest game releases and features.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system for efficient follow-up and quality improvements.
  • Engage in team discussions to share customer feedback and contribute to enhancing gaming experiences.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve both product knowledge and customer service techniques.
  • Build strong relationships and engage with the gaming community to foster brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • A strong passion for video games and an understanding of gaming culture.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on providing a top-notch customer experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
