Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking guests, assisting with reservations, inquiries, and requests.
Deliver exceptional service by addressing guest needs promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available.
Document guest interactions and feedback in the CRM system for quality improvement.
Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices.
Engage in ongoing training to enhance hospitality knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
A strong background or interest in the hospitality industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest relations.
