Job description

This is a remote position.

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead teams and exciting projects. The ideal candidate will be a professional with experience in project management, solid technical skills, and a proven ability to adapt to changing environments. The Project Manager will oversee projects from conception to implementation, ensuring successful delivery in terms of quality, time, and budget.

Experience:

Proven experience in IT industries.
Relevant work experience in project management, preferably at least 2 years.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and supervise projects from start to finish.
Manage and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and team motivation.
Utilize agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to manage projects efficiently and adaptably (preferred).
Identify and mitigate project risks, developing appropriate risk management strategies.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, maintaining transparency and clarity.
Proactively and efficiently resolve problems, maintaining project momentum.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, inspiring others to achieve their goals and meet deadlines.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, promoting professional development and training within the team.
Use a strategic approach to guide project development and execution, aligning it with organizational objectives.

Requirements

English Level Intermediate Mandatory.
Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in technology or engineering environments.
Technical proficiency in areas relevant to the project.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (intermediate level).
Ability to adapt to rapid changes and evolving priorities.
Ability to lead teams and motivate team members.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Experience in risk management and ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture.
Experience in stakeholder management and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Knowledge and experience in using agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc. (preferred).
