This is a remote position.

Phoenix LiDAR Systems is a global leader in providing integrated mobile LiDAR solutions. Our products combine LiDAR laser systems with RGB cameras, IMUs, mounts, and more, making them ideal for use on various platforms, including drones/UAVs, helicopters, airplanes, vehicles, and even boats. Our mission is to deliver cutting-edge LiDAR solutions that empower businesses across diverse industries like land surveying, GIS, construction, and more.
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Account Executive to lead business development and sales efforts across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa). This role will focus on expanding our presence by cultivating direct sales opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and establishing Phoenix LiDAR as a market leader in the region.

As a key player in our global expansion strategy, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, fostering long-term client relationships, and creating new business opportunities within the LiDAR and geospatial technology sectors.
  • Lead direct sales efforts for Phoenix LiDAR’s integrated mobile LiDAR solutions in the EMEA region
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key customers, including companies in land surveying, geospatial technology, and drone/aircraft markets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Partner with regional distributors, system integrators, and resellers to expand our market footprint
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Phoenix LiDAR products and services
  • Provide market feedback to the product development team to ensure solutions meet customer needs
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients in the EMEA region, providing ongoing account management and support
     

This is a strategic role in a growing market. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Phoenix LiDAR’s market share in the EMEA region. You will need to leverage our technological advantages and expertise to compete against local vendors and establish our brand as the go-to provider of mobile LiDAR solutions. This role offers excellent growth potential as we continue to scale in international markets.


Requirements
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in geospatial technology, LiDAR, drones, surveying, or a related field
  • Existing relationships within the land surveying or drone/aircraft industries are highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, including building relationships with decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives
  • Experience in working across international markets and adapting to cultural nuances
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus depending on the region
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting targets
  • Willingness to travel (~30%) within the assigned region

Compensation comprises of a competitive base salary and a robust bonus structure tied to sales performance. 



Salary:

$160k OTE
