The primary purpose of the position is to plan the layout of merchandise (planograms and displays) in Rite Aid Stores to optimize the shopping experience and achieve Rite Aid objectives for sales, efficiency and appearance. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid's brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.
- Create Store Layouts for new stores and store remodel projects using Floor Planning software.

- Research and analyze sales, space, geo-demographic, shopper insights and competitive data to identify opportunities for Rite Aid Stores and make Store Layout decisions.

- Present Store Layouts with analysis and rationale to the Rite Aid Merchandising, Store Operations, Marketing, Construction executives and teams.

- Generate Change Management Reports for new stores and store remodels to enable efficient procurement of fixtures, signs and products and assignment of labor to complete the projects.
