Position Overview

In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by building strong client relationships and delivering tailored loan solutions. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in both business development and customer service and are eager to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Compensation

  • Annual Salary + Commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, source, and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Originate loans and manage loan portfolios, analyzing them daily.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to identify new opportunities and help achieve loan volume targets.
  • Guide borrowers through the loan process from intake to close, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Engage in business development activities, including travel within your assigned territory.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan production goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Strong computer proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and highly organized.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years in mortgage servicing (a plus).
  • Sales experience, particularly in real estate.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
