Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Engagement: Connect with potential clients and real estate brokers through in-person meetings, calls, and web-based interactions.
  • Promotional Activities: Participate in promotional work related to your sales efforts and support marketing and sales programs with loan data.
  • Client Interviews: Interview applicants, gather information for loan applications, and complete applications in a timely manner with the help of processors or other staff.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze applicants' financial status, including financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and property evaluations, to assess the feasibility of granting credit.
  • Loan Package Management: Compile loan packages and negotiate terms with applicants, including fees, repayment options, and other credit terms.
