We are seeking an experienced, self-sourced Mortgage Loan Officer who excels at bringing in new business. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to originate loans, focusing on leveraging your network to generate business. You will have dedicated support from a processor and a junior loan officer throughout the loan process, from application to closing. With our comprehensive tools and resources, we are confident in your ability to significantly increase your loan volume—potentially doubling or even tripling it!

Who You Are

  • Licensed: Hold an NMLS & MLO license in CA, CO, FL, and/or MN.
  • Experienced: Have 2+ years of inside sales experience and 1+ year in the mortgage industry.
  • Outgoing: Possess strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Communicative: Dedicated to providing a seamless experience through excellent communication.
