Key Responsibilities

• Engage with leads generated by our top-notch marketing machine.
• Consult with potential loan applicants, answering questions and providing information about home loan products to build strong relationships.
• Gather and review financial information to support loan applications, prepare loan files, and assess applicants’ financial situations.
• Monitor your sales pipeline, meet sales goals, and generate new business through referrals and opportunities.
• Work collaboratively as part of an office team and accelerate your learning.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years of sales-related experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of mortgage products is helpful but not required.
• A proactive self-starter with a consistent track record of high performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Encompass is a plus.
