Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage potential clients to understand their unique financial needs.
• Loan Origination: Convert leads into loan applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Product Expertise: Recommend tailored mortgage solutions that align with clients’ goals and budgets.
• Sales Performance: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan processing guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA).
• Strong understanding of the mortgage market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
