Mortgage Loan Originator - Partnership Development Specialist

Description

In this role, you will focus on cultivating and nurturing relationships with referral partners such as Realtors, Financial Advisors, and Bank Branches. You will identify and explore new partnership opportunities by participating in company-sponsored events and engaging directly with consumers. Your expertise in our products, policies, procedures, and underwriting requirements will be essential in providing excellent service.

Additionally, you will analyze financial and credit data to match clients with suitable loan programs while assessing risk levels. A key part of your contribution will be enhancing the company's presence and visibility in the market.

Requirements

• A valid NMLS state license is required.
• At least 2 years of successful experience in external retail mortgage origination, with a focus on self-sourced business.
• Demonstrated sales success and the ability to meet production goals.
• In-depth knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA guidelines, and all aspects of real estate transactions.
