Description

Are you a skilled recruiter with a passion for the mortgage industry? We offer an outstanding platform where you can thrive and earn over $250K annually. We are looking for a talented recruiter to join our team and help us connect with top Loan Officer talent. This position is remote and available to candidates across the United States.

What You'll Do

  • Sourcing Candidates:
    • Leverage job boards, social media, industry events, and networking to discover and attract potential candidates.
    • Build and nurture a network of mortgage industry professionals for ongoing recruitment needs.
  • Candidate Screening:
    • Review resumes and assess production metrics to find candidates who meet our job criteria.
    • Conduct initial screenings to gauge candidates' qualifications and enthusiasm for the Loan Officer role.
  • Interviewing:
    • Schedule and conduct interviews with qualified candidates.
    • Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with our organizational culture.
  • Assessment and Evaluation:
    • Assess candidates' skills, mortgage lending knowledge, and other key competencies.
  • Reference Checking:
    • Verify candidates' employment history, qualifications, and loan production.
  • Collaboration with Recruitment Managers:
    • Partner with recruitment managers to understand their specific needs for mortgage loan officer roles.
    • Provide regular updates on recruiting efforts and the status of the Loan Officer pipeline.
  • Negotiation and Offer Management:
    • Negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
    • Oversee the offer and acceptance process to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Onboarding Assistance:
    • Work with the Onboarding Team and other departments to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new mortgage loan officers.
    • Offer support and information to help new Loan Officers integrate successfully into the company.
  • Maintaining Recruitment Records:
    • Keep detailed and current records of all recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and other relevant documentation.
What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • At least two years of experience recruiting Loan Officers, managing all phases of the process.
  • Proactive sourcing skills and a strong sense of initiative.
  • Excellent time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
