ECC Insurance Brokers seeks an Inside Broker for its team!

Experience with Excess & Surplus Lines from a wholesaler perspective is preferred, but carrier or retail broker background is acceptable.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Position duties will include, but are not limited to, placement of brokerage business with carrier partners, production underwriting, cultivating relationships with carriers and retail agents, marketing & business planning, negotiating rates and terms, evaluating coverage & forms, driving the sales process on both new & renewal business for a lead New Business Broker.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Professional Liability Insurance experience preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree with Emphasis in Business or Risk Management Preferred

• Excellent communicator and relationship driven professional.

• Strong critical thinking skills

• Experience working in a paperless environment preferred – strong PC skills required.

• Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to balance multiple tasks/objectives.

• Ability to work well with others in a production team environment.

• Committed to excellent customer service.
