Description

Are you a driven Loan Officer or Loan Originator passionate about the mortgage industry? Join our client’s home equity and mortgage team in Tempe as a Mortgage Account Manager! This growing company seeks motivated individuals with a strong background in mortgages to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute client service strategies to generate new business and meet sales targets for home equity and mortgage products.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
  • Conduct client consultations, assess financial needs, and recommend appropriate home equity and mortgage solutions.
  • Present loan options, explain terms, and guide clients through the application process.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams for efficient loan approvals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Track and report sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Clear background check required.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the mortgage industry.

Additional Details

  • Fully remote role with flexibility. Hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 11am - 8:30pm (Saturday's remote).
  • Compensation: \(23/hr - \)25/hr plus uncapped commissions.
