Job Summary:

The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that communicate our brand message effectively. This role requires a creative thinker with strong graphic design skills, capable of working on a variety of projects including digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
Brand Consistency: Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule, while maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team, product team, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to continuously bring fresh ideas and approaches to the design process.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of design solutions.
Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to meet project objectives.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience.

Skills:

Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other visual design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing excellent design skills and creative flair.
Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Experience with both print and digital media.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to take directions well.
