A Better Opportunity

As a Licensing Compliance Associate, you will provide the highest quality support to our Licensing Team within the Compliance Department in the area of Mortgage Loan Originator (“MLO”) Licensing. In this role, you will work directly with Better’s Loan Consultants to assist them in the MLO licensing and renewal processes. This includes ordering licensing courses from our third-party vendor, supplying Loan Consultants with information and documents needed to apply for licenses and/or renew their licenses, and assisting with responding to questions from the Loan Consultants on the licensing process. Your attention to detail, organization, and strong written and oral communication skills will make you an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities will include:

       Ordering MLO education courses
       Communicating with Loan Consultants regarding licensing requirements
       Responding to requests and questions from Loan Consultants on the licensing process
       Additional assistance to the Licensing Team as needed

About You

       Are eager to learn and can quickly get up to speed on new, complex topics
       You have high attention to detail and are extremely organized
       A background in mortgage and financial services is preferred
       Previous licensing experience is preferred
