As an Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of driving company growth in the exciting world of promotional products. You’ll connect with diverse businesses, offering customized logo merchandise and creative branding solutions. Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our extensive range of promotional products
  • Identify client needs and suggest tailored logo merchandise solutions
  • Follow up with prospects via email, sending product samples and maintaining regular communication
  • Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing deals
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, starting at $20,000
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage customer information and track sales progress
  • Collaborate with in-house teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Continuously learn about new products and industry trends to better serve clients
  • Contribute to the company’s reputation for excellent customer service and 100% satisfaction guarantee


Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to understand and use conversational nuances and humor effectively
  • Quick thinking and adaptability in various sales situations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Comfortable with digital tools such as Google Drive and VoIP phone systems
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
