What You'll Do

  • Lead Transformational Projects: Help clients implement and optimize Oracle solutions across Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Utilize your expertise to tackle strategic operations challenges, foster sustainable change, and enhance process efficiency.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure successful execution of Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Mentor and Develop Talent: Provide guidance and support to your team, aiding their professional growth and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Address complex business issues from strategy through execution, using Oracle applications to deliver effective solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Establish strong relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and develop solutions that drive value and success.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications to enhance business processes in Human Capital Management, Finance Operations, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Innovate and Adapt: Leverage next-generation technologies, including automation, blockchain, and artificial intelligence, to improve business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Experience: Extensive background in Oracle Cloud implementations, specifically in planning, designing, and supporting Oracle solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of common challenges in sectors such as healthcare, technology media, telecom, and industrial products.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to successfully lead projects, manage client relationships, and contribute positively to team dynamics.
  • Flexibility and Initiative: Capability to navigate complex and diverse teams, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and proactively seek and provide feedback.

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 60% travel may be required.

Compensation

  • Salary range: \(130,000 - \)256,000, with potential for an annual discretionary bonus.
