We're on the lookout for a talented Application Software Developer to join our dynamic IT support group! In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining software that supports logistics and supply chain management. Whether you're working from Mechanicsburg, Kittery, or the comfort of your home, your contributions will help streamline and enhance our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications essential to our logistics operations, optimizing and innovating solutions for complex logistical challenges.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to resolve software issues, utilizing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot effectively and efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project teams and technical resources to implement and support new features or changes, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of software changes and support procedures, utilizing tools like JIRA to track issues and document resolutions.
• Agile Methodologies: Engage in agile development processes to ensure timely delivery and continual improvement of software products.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an IT environment, focusing on software development and support. Experience with logistics or supply chain systems is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem resolution, with familiarity in trouble ticketing systems and documentation tools.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with users of varying technical backgrounds, along with exceptional customer service skills.
• Team Player: Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Certifications: Must either hold or be able to obtain Cyber Security Workforce Certification, IAT-II.
• Clearance: Active secret security clearance is required.
