Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Database Administrator to join their team. This remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse and innovative team, making a significant impact on their operations.
As a Sr. Database Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:
Administering the documentation management system supporting the Quality Management System (QMS)
Resolving document management errors in the PLM system by running data queries, identifying errors, and resolving or collaborating with the IT team to resolve
Assisting end users in identifying and resolving issues related to the migration of documentation from previous systems
Supporting system migrations by preparing data for documentation, collaborating with IT teams to ensure accurate data migration, and resolving errors that occur as a result of the migration
The ideal candidate will possess:
Solid knowledge of document management systems
3-5 years of experience in a Systems Administrator capacity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel
Experience as an administrator of eNovia or other document management systems is a plus
Experience working with end users on troubleshooting and resolving system errors
Experience in a regulated environment, such as FDA Quality System Regulation (QSR) and/or ISO 13485, is beneficial
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to self-manage and consistently utilize good judgement to resolve system errors
Flexibility to adapt to changes and manage complexity
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5 years) in systems administration
