We are seeking an experienced
Visual Designer - Advanced to join our client's team and craft exceptional visual experiences for both clients and internal projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics, designing assets for animations, and creating visual elements for use across digital and print media. As a key member of the creative team, you'll collaborate to develop concepts that effectively communicate client messages. Your expertise in design, typography, color theory, and layout will be essential in producing engaging and visually stunning designs that adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop assets, graphics, and layouts for both digital and print media.
- Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- Create visual content for websites, marketing campaigns, and various other platforms.
- Stay current with industry trends, incorporating best practices into design projects.
- Implement and maintain an organized system for file naming and archiving to promote efficiency and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques for both print and digital platforms.
- Ability to ensure all designs meet accessibility and usability standards.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, UX, and UI design principles.
- Ability to integrate design trends and innovations into creative work.
- Motion design, animation, or illustration skills are a plus.
- Experience with 3D or interaction software (Blender, Unity, Cinema4D) is an advantage.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects and creative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to implement visual identity and branding in previous work.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
- Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high standard of work.
