Job Title: Leave of Absence Administrator
Job Description

talented and motivated Sr, Specialist, Leave Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the administration of the
company’s benefits programs on a daily basis. Specific responsibilities include administering the company’s leave of absence programs. The individual must have
an in-depth knowledge of leave of absence administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Administers all US based leave of absence programs (STD, FMLA, State Family Leave, ADA, etc.) to ensure conformance and consistency
based upon applicable state and federal laws and policies, in partnership with third party administrator.
- Advise and serve as main point of contact and LOA subject matter expert for employee inquiries.
- Provide managers and employees information on all processes and procedures required for leave of absence management and other accommodation requests.
- Generate and communicate leave notifications to managers, providing regular updates.
- Prepare ad hoc management reports as requested pertaining to leave of absence.
- Act as a liaison between associates and third-party STD/LTD administrator and ensures all applicable paperwork is received.
- Participate in bi-weekly meetings with third-party administrator to address outstanding LOA issues, system updates and/or general LOA concerns/questions.
- Keep abreast of new and/or changing state and federal leave laws as they relate to company operations and locations.
- Assist with the coordination and communication of corporate wide wellness and employee discount programs.
- Assist in benefits related employee phone and email inquiries. Serves as a backup in monitoring the Employee Resource Center mailbox.
- Ensure timely response to all LOA related inquiries and requests.
- Serve as backup to HR Operations Specialist for Time and Attendance function. This includes adding/removing points, schedules and making corrections to timecards as necessary. Other work-related duties and projects as assigned.

This is a contract to hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid role - 4 days a week onsite.
