Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their questions.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the system.
  • Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and practices.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
