  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with product and service-related queries in a professional manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery
  • Train and mentor new hires to uphold customer service standards

Requirements

  • Fluent in Slovenian and proficient in English (both written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
