Requirements
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
- No previous customer service experience required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to approach customer inquiries with a customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent service
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
