Responsibilities
  • Assist Lithuanian-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
  • Follow established procedures and quality standards

Requirements

  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
  • No previous customer service experience required; training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to approach customer inquiries with a customer-focused mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
  • Valid European Passport or ID
