Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical assistance to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products and services efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system for clarity and future reference.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer support skills.
  • Contribute to improving support processes and customer experience through feedback and suggestions.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Prior experience in technical support or IT is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural setting.
