Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in German, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Ensure a smooth and delightful customer experience from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with different departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Provide feedback and insights to enhance customer experience strategies.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to continually elevate service standards.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings and share best practices with peers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a customer service context.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
