Job Title: Real Estate/Construction (Blue Collar) Recruiter (Project)

PILLARS is a leading Recruitment Firm based in Cairo, Egypt. We specialize We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Rea Estate/Construction (Blue Collar) Recruiter (Project) to join our team on a temporary basis.

As a Real Estate/Construction (Blue Collar) Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for our construction projects. You will work closely with project managers and HR to understand the staffing needs and ensure that we have a strong team of blue-collar workers to support our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified blue-collar workers for our construction projects
  • - Source candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, referrals, and job fairs
  • - Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications
  • - Coordinate with project managers to understand their staffing needs and timelines
  • - Build and maintain relationships with trade schools, vocational training programs, and other organizations to attract potential candidates
  • - Negotiate and finalize job offers with selected candidates
  • - Ensure all hiring processes and documentation are in compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • - Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire


Requirements:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • - Minimum of 3 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
  • - In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws in Egypt
  • - Proven experience in sourcing and attracting blue-collar workers through various channels
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
  • - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • - Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
  • - Fluency in Arabic and English is required
