Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Assist in training new team members on customer service best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French, both written and spoken; proficient in English.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
