We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record of selling software or analytical solutions to consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies. The ideal candidate will have deep connections within the CPG industry and a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that companies like P&G face. As part of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by bringing our cutting-edge AI solutions to top-tier CPG clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with CPG companies, focusing on those seeking to leverage AI and Web3 technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Present Brainstems' value proposition, demonstrating how our solutions can address the specific needs and challenges of the CPG industry.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with the company's revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to refine our offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Represent Brainstems at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ YoE in sales, specifically selling software or analytical solutions to CPG companies.
  • Proven success in closing large, complex deals with top-tier companies.
  • Deep understanding of the CPG industry, including key players, market trends, and common challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Strong network within the CPG industry, with existing relationships at companies like P&G.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing your time and priorities effectively.
  • Passion for technology, with a keen interest in AI, and the future of the food service industry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
