This is a solid, partner track law firm associate opportunity for a patent attorney with a strong technical background. This will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents, patent opinions, due diligence, and patent portfolio strategy, and client counseling pertaining to a broad range of complex electrical and computer engineering technologies. There is also the possibility of technology licensing, trademarks, and PTAB work, depending on your capabilities and various client needs.
This is an opportunity to grow as a well-rounded Intellectual Property attorney, interacting with the clients at all levels while being challenged by complex technologies. Requirements
- Minimum BS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- USPTO Bar, California Bar.
- Minimum 2 years of solid claim drafting and patent prosecution experience.
