Your missions

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with +6 years of hands-on development experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform and will play a key role in shaping our ServiceNow implementations, particularly in UIBuilder and Customer Service Management (CSM). This role demands technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to integrate ServiceNow with other applications seamlessly.

Requirements
  • +6 Years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer.
  • Fluent English
  • Proficiency in UIBuilder for building and customizing user interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service Management (CSM) with experience managing multiple CSM instances.
  • Conversant with HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • Experience in portal development with Angular, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong JavaScript skills for advanced customization.
  • Integration skills, including integrating ServiceNow with other applications using REST, SOAP, or other methods.
  • Experience with ServiceNow APIs, including REST, SOAP, and MID server APIs.
  • Ability to configure automated processes like workflows, business rules, scheduled jobs, and Flow Designer.
  • Experience with Performance Analytics for data analysis and reporting.

  • Automate processes by configuring workflows, business rules, and scheduled jobs, including using Flow Designer.
  • Monitor system performance and implement Performance Analytics to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and expand the ServiceNow platform.
