ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE INTERN

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Account Executive intern, you'll have the chance to work with some of the world's most prestigious luxury brands, helping to shape and execute marketing strategies that will engage their target audiences and drive business growth.
You'll collaborate with a team of talented professionals, all committed to delivering high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
The Account Executive is a vital support member to all agency account teams.

  • Responsible for project planning and accountable for the on time delivery and top quality of expected outputs
  • Responsible for the accuracy and professionalism of documents reaching the client
  • Support the execution of mandates and the production of deliverables
  • Attend client meetings, be in charge of taking and sharing notes, presenting certain deliverables to clients
  • Coordinate the work of internal expert teams: Creative & Content, Social Media, Data & Analytics, Performance Media, etc.
  • Coordinate the activities of experts
  • Responsible for monitoring budget spent on managed projects
  • Maintain and update a toolkit of project documentation (e.g. client on-boarding, etc.)
  • Participate in other activities such as business development or marketing

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE

  • Strong understanding of and experience in digital marketing including latest trends and best practices
  • Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines
  • Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills required
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
  • Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail
  • Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills
  • Speak & write in English & French fluently
