About You
As our Medical Educator – Fellowship Support Program (FSP), you’ll have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with exposure working as a GP in a General Practice environment and holds RACGP fellowship. To thrive in the role, you’ll have:
knowledge and understanding of RACGP’s educational program development and delivery for non-vocationally registered doctors
confidence with technologies to assist GP training such as video conferencing, screen sharing, email and web portals.
Experience in GP education program delivery including workplace-based assessment and small group learning in particular
CPD compliance.
demonstrated high level of initiative, conceptual and analytical thinking, and high level of attention to detail.
About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Medical Educator FSP, you’ll work collaboratively with the GP Training Programs Department to support the Assessment, Medical Education, Strategy and Remediation functions of program delivery. You will also be responsible for the effective implementation of our Fellowship Support Program (FSP) and the Practice Experience Program Specialist Stream. In addition, you’ll provide:
support for medical education and assessment
Mentorship, support and education delivery to registrars
training program support and evaluation
resource development for the FSP
