WHY YOU WOULD BE A FIT?

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for revenue generation through enterprise and mid market customers and will strengthen and expand relationships by optimizing their use of Dispatch’s services. The Regional Sales Manager will strategize to grow their list of active customer locations and coordinate with Enterprise Account Managers and Enterprise Sales Managers to activate locations and drive initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead prospecting efforts and generate qualified leads
  • Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline
  • Assess and qualify new opportunities based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective customers
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships
  • Oversee service rollout and implementation at branch-level locations
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on: Pipeline status, Meeting outcomes, Activation progress

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet and/or exceed monthly assigned revenue growth targets as outlined in the Regional Sales Manager Incentive Plan
  • Manages, tracks, and reports all sales activities and results using our CRM, HubSpot, to accurately forecast and provide current state reports
  • Creates and delivers dynamic product demonstrations to Core ICPs that highlight Dispatch’s value proposition
  • Maintains consistent and proactive customer engagement through phone calls, virtual/in-person meetings, and emails to swiftly drive the adoption of new clients. A minimum of 250 customer contacts per week is required, with at least 50% of these contacts being made via phone calls or live contact.
  • Travels to key territory launches, sales meetings and trade shows within your region to help better enable our customers
  • Utilize internal and competitive data to benchmark sales performance and determine sales generating opportunities
  • Serve as liaison for account escalation issues and work cross-functionally with the Supply and Customer Success teams to provide feedback and help to align our services with customer needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring To The Team & Dispatch

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling Enterprise accounts with demonstrated achievement
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • The ability to accurately forecast business on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Must be a positive, self-driven team-member with a desire to learn
  • Excellent written skills and highly articulate
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time effectively
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization and build relationships both internally and externally
  • Professionalism; being both resolute and diligent

  • Compensation. The base salary range for this role is $62,000- $72,000 annually. We consider various factors in determining actual pay which include your skills, qualifications, experience, education or training, and location.
