Work Term: Winter 2025*

Duration: 4 months (January 2025 – April 2025)

Location: Virtual

  • Full time availability of 37.5 – 40 hours weekly required to be eligible for this opportunity.

Summary/About The Opportunity

Dayforce is on the hunt for our next Product Marketing Intern. This role focuses on the content lifecycle – from determining the needs for new content, through managing content in production, and retiring obsolete content.

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to learn about market segmentation, project management, scoping needs, and working with cross-functional teams. You will have access to Product Marketers and their stakeholders throughout the rest of Marketing and Sales.

Primary Responsibilities/ What You’ll Get To Do

  • Create a catalog of all Product Marketing owned content organized by product, audience, customer segment, industry
  • Working with the Product Marketing team, determine which content requires brand updates, copy updates, or visual updates
  • Project manage the updating of Product Marketing content
  • Retire content no longer needed
  • Create a strategy on what new content is needed for Sales and Marketing channels
  • Craft a communications strategy to help other Dayforce internal teams know the types of content produced by Product Marketing and how to engage Product Marketing
  • Stretch assignment: Envision templates that will make it easier to create new content in the future

Qualifications/Skills And Experience We Value

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Interest in how people consume information
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment is necessary
  • Ability to build relationships with other teams and across all levels
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
