Job Title: Project Manager Intern

Department: Product & Technology

Work Term: Winter 2025*

Duration: 4 months (January 2025 – April 2025)

Location: Virtual

Roles available: 1

  • Full time availability of 37.5 – 40 hours weekly required to be eligible for this opportunity.

Summary Of Opportunity

The ideal intern would promote team synergy, exemplify transparent communication and build positive relationships with partnered teams and colleagues while working with the Cybersecurity Project Management Team on a variety of projects. These projects will likely be focused more on the Cybersecurity Architecture and Engineering Team’s 2025 goals. There may be potential for cross-functional exposure as we work with Product & Technology and the Technology Teams.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Opportunity to plan and manage a project with documented scope and explanation from the architect
  • Facilitate project meetings, taking minutes and distributing them
  • Provides project status updates to the Program Manager

Qualifications

  • In the process of obtaining an undergraduate or postgraduate degree with a focus on Project Management, Cybersecurity, Technology, or a related focus area
  • Experience using Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; being clear and concise while still being thorough
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
  • A desire to learn
  • Highly motivated and energetic with a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, interviewing business users and capturing information to put into documentation for non-technical audiences
