About your role

Identify new business opportunities in Mexico and drive beyond-market growth. You will grow the knowledge of the value chain within specific market segments and develop differentiated solutions and service that will help the customers to be more profitable and grow.


Your Responsibilities
  • Prioritize selling efforts and capture any growth or business opportunities

  • Collaborate in the definition and execute the commercial strategy in the assigned scope to - within 3 years - lead the development of the strategy, in alignment with the region’s trends and dynamics

  • Anticipate and capture mega trends that transform markets and assist (new) customers in winning those, e.g. Sustainability. Crucial will be to understand the entire value creation chain, the diversity of stakeholders involved, and the network companies operate in

  • Execute sales strategies and action plans for identified targets, aligned to marketing plans, business plans

  • Create, develop and maintain key relationships with new customers, act as “Trusted Advisor”

  • Stay up-to-date with our company’s market share in relation to competitor market share and available markets

  • Forecast sales

  • Maintain the initiated interactions with the customers, and handle continued sales and contract renewals
