This position helps enable sustainable and profitable sales growth by managing the training department in providing just-in-time, specialized, state-of-the art learning according to sales team development needs and aligned with the company priorities and standards.

This position helps enable sustainable and profitable sales growth by managing the training department in providing just-in-time, specialized, state-of-the art learning according to sales team development needs and aligned with the company priorities and standards.

Main responsibilities:

  • Designs the long and short-term training & development strategy, aligned with the business needs for Zone Managers, Leaders and Sales Representatives for Romania & Moldova
  • Guides, coordinates and validates the content creation process and oversees the training delivery ·
  • Represents the training department in the creation of the business strategy and attends alignment and review meetings
  • Meeting training targets and delivers activity reports
  • Ensures that training team has all the resources and know-how available to do their job
  • Coordinates the team and allocate trainers on various projects based on their expertise and development plans
  • Facilitates the relationship between the training team and Division Sales Managers & Zone Managers
  • Monitors and evaluates trainer's work
  • Participates to local and national sales events: is involved in organizing local sales events with the sales team and participates to national sales conferences, recognition events or strategy meetings.
  • Works closely with the National Sales Director, the Division Sales Managers and the Area Sales Managers in implementing the Sales Strategy, but also with other departments depending on business projects.

Job requirements:

  • Driving license
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • College or university degree
  • Strong experience in creating and delivering trainings
  • Expertise in selling and/or direct selling is important, as well as a good understanding of the beauty market
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
  • Experience in people management
