給与計算スペシャリストIIは、金融・IT業界の外資系企業など大手・上場企業を中心とする顧客からご依頼いただく給与計算(勤怠管理、給与・賞与計算、年末調整)のアウトソーシング業務を担当いただくポジションです。

  • 社会保険事務(雇用保険・労災保険・健康保険・厚生年金の手続きなど)チームでも同様に採用活動を行っております。ご経験を活かせるいずれかのチームへの配属となります。

仕事内容

  • 担当顧客の給与計算に影響する変更、税務申告、支払い、給与計算処理を正確かつ期限通りに行う。
  • 品質管理と監査に責任を持ち、正確さを徹底してエラーや欠陥の割合を低い状態に保ち、質の高いサービスを提供して顧客満足度を高める。
  • 部門にまたがる社内のパートナーと協力し、顧客の給与計算に関する問題や従業員からの問い合わせを解決する。
  • Dayforceの契約、政府の規制遵守、ビジネスニーズに従って、顧客に人事/給与計算サービスを提供する。
  • 先を見据えて行動し、機会を見つけ、それに応じて積極的に行動する。プロセス改善に貢献する。
  • 効果的なチームプレーヤーになる。
  • リスクを事前対応的に特定し、是正措置および予防措置計画を実行する。

About The Opportunity

Dayforce is a provider of labor-related outsourcing services and cloud solutions to more than 5,000 companies globally. In Japan, we provide a centralized payroll and attendance management service through our self-developed cloud system, "Workcloud".

The Payroll Specialist II is a position responsible for outsourcing payroll run tasks (attendance management, payroll and bonus calculation, year-end tax adjustment) requested by major and listed companies, primarily foreign companies in the financial and IT industries.

  • The Social Insurance Administration (Employment Insurance, Worker's Compensation Insurance, Health Insurance, Welfare Pension procedures, etc.) team is also actively hiring. You will be assigned to one of the teams where you can make use of your experience.

What You’ll Get To Do

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of changes, tax filings, payments, and payroll run affecting payroll for assigned customers.
  • Responsible for quality control and audits, ensuring accuracy and keeping the rate of errors and defects low, providing quality services and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Work with cross-functional internal partners to resolve client payroll matters and employee inquiries, providing on-going daily support and subject matter expertise
  • Provide HR/Payroll services to clients in accordance with Ceridian contracts, government regulatory compliance, and business needs.
  • Think and act ahead, spot opportunities and act accordingly and proactively Contribute to process improvements
  • Be an effective team player
  • Proactively identify risks, implement corrective and preventive action plans.
  • As a mentor, provide support to mentees (mid-career and junior employees) through dialogue, consultation, and advice.
