Customer Care Representative
Job Summary:
LHH has a client in Bradenton FL that needs Customer Care Specialists for their inbound call center. This is a full-time position with paid training and competitive compensation, an excellent opportunity to join an amazing customer service team. The Customer Care Specialist will professionally answer incoming calls and provide a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for all customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all customer’s concerns and making sure all customers’ needs are met and will provide excellent service that will result in a one-call resolution.
The qualified candidate must be passionate about best-in-class service, enjoy and embrace challenges, and operate with a “can-do” attitude in a team environment.
Location: 100 % Remote Eastern Time Zone Hours
Flexibility to work any shift between the hours of 8:30AM to 8:30PM EST time 4 days M-F and 1 day 10AM to 5PM Saturday
Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide information or guidance to rental car customers using a positive, empathetic, and professional approach
- Use appropriate tools and resources to reach a complete and accurate resolution focusing on one-call resolution
- Develop and maintain product, process, and technical knowledge related to services
- Exhibit effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills tailored to the customer and client
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, schedule adherence, quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance
- Provide customers with a one-stop resolution and education on products and services, account information, and/or status
- Solve product or service-related problems
- Process payments and credits
- Utilize tools and online resource materials to be confident and competent in the delivery of accurate information while navigating through multiple computer applications proficiently
- Document customer interactions in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of inbound call center experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Windows-based applications, including Office and Outlook
- Minimum of 30 words per minute typing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with varying personalities
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Must demonstrate reliability and dependability, including schedule adherence and attendance
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
