Bachelor’s degree and 3 years Microsoft support experience, OR 7 years total IT engineering experience including 3 years Microsoft support, Professional experience in customer service and requirements gathering, Knowledge of Managed Services infrastructure solutions, Intermediate root cause analysis skills, Microsoft Certifications in Azure, M365 or Exchange preferred.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure environments for Managed Services customers
- Provide detailed communication to internal and external customers
- Participate and lead various client projects on infrastructure improvements
- Respond to all customers professionally and courteously
- Develop and maintain documentation and proposals
