Currently seeking a Remote Loss Mitigation Processor to join the team at a mortgage company!

Job Description

The Loss Mitigation Processor I is responsible for processing servicing loan documents, in digital format, and load them into the document management system to optimize business processes, meet regulatory requirements and customer care needs.

• Responsible for digitally combining packages and checking image for quality and accuracy.
• Responsible for identifying correct borrower loan number and cross-reference by name, address, phone number, social security number or email address in LoanServ and Valeri.
• Load document images to electronic document repository database - EDMS and accurately categorize/index.
• Aid in the disposition of documents process.
  
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in Loss Mitigation.
